pure bliss!
awesome pool viewcomfortable beach loungers
I enjoyed my stay! the rooms were clean, they cleaned as many times as i wished. i also thought the pool view was awesome. the beach loungers were more comfortable than i expected. I even fell asleep on them with ease.

the hotel is very close to the sea and near to other resorts , giving easy access. the beach includes reefs and fish , providing great snorkelling and underwater views. there are sunbeds aplenty at the beach , ensuring you will relax comfortably.

the reception team is really helpful and cute , always ready to assist. the restaurant supervisor is really good , ensuring high quality dining. the lifeguard team were amazing and the restaurant was as well , giving a feeling of security.

The hotel grounds are well maintained. it was super clean. the beach was clean and the water was clear. the staff were friendly and happy to assist.
The room key constantly failed. It was annoying to return to reception. sunbeds were taken very early. I noticed this at 7:30. the buffet food was disappointing. i expected a better selection.

Fantastic Boutique Hotel Experience
clean beachtasty food
My stay included access to a clean, sandy beach and views of the Red Sea. The provided meals had many options. I found the food tasty. I want to thank Mr Alaa for helping with the towels near the pool. He was very friendly (which is so important!).
I found that some staff members lacked professionalism in their hospitality. They stereotyped us sometimes and didn't listen fully before interrupting with information. This resulted in some misinformation and frustration.

The front office staff were attentive. They cooperated fully. The pool bar staff were nice and friendly, except one manager (he gave a lecture once). The reception provided a warm welcome with good service.

Rooms are cleaned daily. The housekeeping service does a great job. My room had amazing views of the pools with a waterfall. My room was very spacious, with an extra single bed included.

The bellman greeted us warmly and the reception staff helped allocate a room with a good view. the room was very clean and the mini bar was free. cleaners maintained the room effectively. the food was varied and tasty. The chefs prepared what we asked for. the staff are friendly. It is the best thing about the hotel!!!

The hotel had every amenity I needed. The restaurant had a delicious range of food. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Entertainment was available every night. I found the live music in the lobby bar quite enjoyable. The pool area were clean. The pool had an excellent atmosphere. The beach was spacious. The beach was impeccably clean.
